We want you to love your Shoot Basketballs NOT People gear. However, because all items are custom-made to order, our return policy has some specific conditions.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect or damage
  • Description of the issue

Incorrect Orders:

If we sent you the wrong item, size, or design, we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Custom-Made Items:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected (please check size charts carefully)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items damaged after delivery

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will appear in your account according to your bank's timeline.

Quality Guarantee:

We stand behind our products. If you receive an item with poor print quality, fading, or manufacturing defects, we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
