Production & Processing Time:
All items are custom-made to order. Production takes approximately 7-10 business days before your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 4-7 business days after production - $5.99
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production - $12.99
Important Notes:
- Production time (7-10 days) is in addition to shipping time
- Tracking information is provided for all orders
- PO Boxes accepted for domestic orders only
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@joinsbnp.org with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll make it right.
Address Changes:
Once production begins, we cannot modify shipping addresses. Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order.
