  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
  • Products and prices subject to change without notice

2. Products & Orders

  • All items are custom-made to order with a 7-10 day production time
  • Product colors may vary slightly from digital images due to screen settings
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All sales are final for custom-made items (see Refund Policy for exceptions)
  • Payment is processed at time of order
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content are property of Shoot Basketballs NOT People
  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited
  • You may not resell our products as your own brand

5. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use our website for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Impersonate others or provide false information

6. Limitation of Liability 
Shoot Basketballs NOT People is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer
